IMPORT ORDER ;

VCC Creator Companion > New Project > PoiyomiToon7.3.050 > lilToon_1.3.7 > Model Package

Note: Create 2 Projects if you will be uploading both PC and Quest versions. LilToon shader is important for the fur on PC, there will be small lighting issues for fur.
